1. Guest Qualifications
Guest registration is open to individuals who meet at least one of the following criteria:
Individuals affiliated with national or public institutions and related organizations involved in film or video content (e.g., importers, distributors, production companies, PR agencies, entertainment companies, music production/distribution companies, performance planning agencies, etc.)Employees of cultural and artistic organizations or related public institutions
Professors and staff at domestic universities or equivalent educational institutions with film, video, or music-related departments
Members of film, music, or cultural associations and organizations
Other individuals subject to the Improper Solicitation and Graft Act
2. Required Documentation
Applicants must submit one of the following documents to verify professional involvement in the film or music industry:
① A Certificate of Employment issued within the past 3 months (must include the company seal and issue date) or a Business Registration Certificate
※ Business cards or employee ID cards are not accepted.
※ For newly registered companies or organizations, please also submit a company profile and a list of recent film/music-related projects.
② A filmography or supporting materials demonstrating experience in film or music production, publicity, distribution, or investment(e.g., KMDB links, screenshots of end credits, etc.)
③ Proof of membership in Foundation of Korean Music Performers (KMP)(e.g., a copy of the membership card or a screenshot of the membership page from the official website)
※ Additional documents may be requested for accurate verification.
※ Applications may be declined if supporting documents are missing or incorrect. The applicant is solely responsible for the submitted documents.
※ Please note that personal information from previous years is not retained. All applicants must resubmit supporting documentationeach year.
3. Guest Badge Benefits
- 1) Films
- Up to 4 tickets per day can be issued on-site
- Tickets may be issued for same-day or next-day screenings(1 ticket per screening per person)
- Duplicate reservations for screenings scheduled at the same time are not allowed
- Ticketing is not available if badge-exclusive seats are sold out
- 2) Performances
- One Summer Night
- - One ticket per day may be issued
- - Eligible seats: Economy Plus (A section)
- - Ticketing is not available if badge-exclusive seats are sold out
- - Online booking is not available
- JIMFF Special Choice: Tickets not available for guest badge holders
- ※ Only one ticket (film or performance) can be booked for overlapping time slots.
- 3) Additional Benefits
- Receive a Guest Package prepared by the 21st Jecheon International Music & Film Festival
- Access to the Guest Lounge(includes a complimentary coffee coupon)
- 10% discount on official festival merchandise
- Eligibility to participate in post-screening Q&A sessions(subject to seat availability; screening ticket required)

5. How to Apply for a Paid Badge
- 1) Visit the Jecheon International Music & Film Festival (JIMFF) Badge Registration Website.
- 2) Submit your application online during the registration period. (required documents must be attached)
- 3) Receive an approval email within 3-5 business days after review.
- 4) Payment must be completed by 6 PM, two days after the approval date.
- 5) Receive a confirmation email upon successful payment.
- ※ All steps must be completed within the designated registration period.
6. Important Notes
- Modifications to your application can only be made until Sunday, August 17. For unavoidable changes (e.g., name correction) after that date, please contact the badge coordinator directly.
- Please double-check your application before submitting.
- If payment is not completed by 6 PM, two days after the approval date, the application will be automatically canceled.
- For operational reasons, on-site badge registration will not be available.

1. Application Eligibility

- - Up to 3 badges per media outlet
- - Eligible: Reporters, fixed critics, and contributors from domestic and international media (newspaper, broadcast, magazine, online, etc.)
- Paid Press Badge
- - Additional reporters from eligible media agencies beyond the free quota
- - Reporters applying after the free badge application deadline
2. Required Documents (Submit One of the Following)
1) Certificate or business card proving current employment at a media organization (issued within the past 3 months)
2) Three bylined articles published within the last 6 months
- Articles must be submitted as PDF or JPG files showing full article, media name, journalist's name, and publishing date

3. Press Badge Benefits
- Up to 4 field-issued tickets per day for film screenings

5. How to Apply

- 2) Group Application (minimum of 10 students, excluding leader):

- The designated representative (e.g., professor, teaching assistant) should collect the completed forms and badge photos from all participants Submit all documents via email to the JIMFF Hospitality team (bjh11881@jimff.kr) by August 10 (sun)
- Receive a badge approval email within 3-5 business days (sent to the group leader) and follow the payment instructions within the given period.
- If the representative deposits the total amount for the group (by 6 PM, two days after the approval date), individual information will be provided to the students by the end of August, and badges can be collected in bulk at the badge desk.
※ Group payment only. The full amount for all JIMFF Star Badges must be paid in a single transaction by the representative. Once the total amount has been paid, no changes or refunds will be possible-please apply carefully.
