By providing their personal information, badge applicants for the 22nd Jecheon International Music & Film Festival (JIMFF) will be eligible to enjoy a variety of benefits prepared by the festival.

The following personal information will be collected from badge applicants:

- Photo, full name (in Korean and English), company/organization, affiliation, and position(Required information to be printed on the badge)

- Email address(Used to grant access to the online badge application page)

- Phone number and address (Used for identity verification upon badge pickup and for providing future festival-related information)

※ You have the right to refuse the collection and use of your personal information. However, please note that refusal to consent to the collection and use of essential information may result in your inability to proceed with the badge application.

The information you provide will be used solely for the following purposes to ensure smooth badge issuance and enhance the services provided to applicants during the festival:

(1) Identity verification: photo, full name (Korean and English), company, affiliation, and position

(2) Communication and information delivery: name, address, phone number, and email address

(3) Guest services: ticketing, guest package distribution, and other related services during the festival

(4) Service improvement: analysis of guest participation and service usage trends

(5) Sensitive information: Information that may infringe on fundamental rights (e.g., race, ethnicity, political orientation, or criminal records) is not collected.

Upon the applicant's request, JIMFF will immediately delete their personal information.

However, if the applicant consents to the collection and use of their personal information, it will be stored in the JIMFF database for up to one year and will not be used for any purpose other than those stated above.
